Innovation of Justice

Euan Events, News

Our colleagues at Innovation of Justice have asked us to highlight a series of events that they will be holding later this year, and in 2019.   The first event is provisionally scheduled for Manchester, on 24 November 2018.

These will be weekend conferences, held initially in different areas of England and Wales, examining areas of weakness and failure in the criminal justice system.   The purpose will be to agree with a broad spectrum of interested groups and individuals a common approach to reform of the system.  The aim, by working also with those engaged in the investigation and prosecution of crime, is to develop a dialogue for change.  We ourselves will be engaging with Innovation of Justice, and hope to extend the reach of the proposed programme into Scotland in due course.

The details of the events can be found HERE.

Our friends at JENGbA have been tirelessly campaigning about this for years. This is not an issue unique to England and Wales. In […]
