‘Why did the police not find it?’

MOJO client, Stephen Rodger, who spent more than three years in jail for a crime he did not commit is hoping the above photograph will clear his name. Stephen was convicted of possessing a firearm, and causing fear and alarm, in September 2013 after he was found guilty by a majority of jurors. Evidence which was missed at the trial has been retrieved, and Stephen argues that it shows that he, and his friend, who was also convicted, are innocent.
