Body of Proof

Euan News

Recently released on Amazon Audible, the podcast series Body of Proof examines the case of David Gilroy, a client of MOJO who is currently serving a life sentence for murder.   The case has attracted huge publicity, and interest, in Scotland, largely because of one unusual feature – no body has ever been found.   There is much more about the case that is unusual and interesting.  The Crown’s case was entirely circumstantial.  There were no witnesses.  There were no forensics.  There was no physical trace of any contact, or encounter, between David and the victim on the day in question.   There was no confession.  From day one, David has maintained his innocence.

We were happy to co-operate with Sophie Ellis and Darrell Brown as they researched, and produced, their podcast.  The result is a series of ten half-hour episodes and, without offering any spoilers, we think you’ll agree it’s well worth a listen.

Body of Proof can be downloaded HERE.
