Guildford Pub Pombings: Bid to Reopen Inquests

Lawyers have applied to a coroner to reopen the inquests of victims of the 1974 Guildford pub bombings. Five died and 65 were injured in the IRA blasts but those responsible were never prosecuted and the inquests never concluded. The wrongfully-convicted Guildford Four served 15 years before release.
