Songs of Freedom

Euan Uncategorized

Songs of Freedom is a project in collaboration with the Miscarriages of Justice Organisation (MOJO). The intention of the project is to bring together songwriters and those who have faced wrongful imprisonment and injustice.
This Songs of Freedom album is made up of a collection of songs from bands and artist who are long time supporters of MOJO, as well as songs from new, and up and coming, songwriters and artists. All the contributors have written and provided songs related to miscarriages of justice or other injustices.
The aim behind Songs of Freedom is to raise awareness of miscarriages of justice, the work that MOJO does, and to source funding for MOJO, to allow them to continue helping those wrongfully imprisoned both, through their appeals, and after release.
