MOJO’s Paul Mclaughlin on BBC’s Look North

Euan Television

Paul Mclaughlin from MOJO speaking about the case of Rassam Ali who, despite having had his conviction overturned after 18 months in prison, had to face the prospect of Police websites and social media leaving up articles which spoke of his guilt. He and his lawyers made repeated attempts to have the articles taken down without success. This has since been rectified following the North Tonight broadcast. The piece is 7.15 minutes into the programme.
